My best knife
I have bought several japaneese knifes an this is the one I like the most. I like it because of its cutting really well. The hard carbonsteel in center rusts easy, but it also cuts much bether than the non rusting knifes. I prefer cutting with this one even if it is rusting easy. Just make sure to not leave knife wet and it will not rust. Easy to sharpen. I love this knife. My favorite.
