For this particular item, I received all the parts as advertised. However, they were all loose together in one bag, so locating the part I needed was time-consuming. Also, there are no indications of part sizes or dimensions, so it is kind of trial and error and comparison with the old part to figure out which clip to use. I actually took the time to sort out all the parts and place each group in their own plastic bag for future use. But I am retired and have the time. On balance I am happy
