    250 pages 80 recipes.

    you'd think a book titled big book of burgers would be a recipe book about burgers. nope. over 250 pages and about 80ish are burgers. of those there are MANY pages of HUGE pictures that waste an entire page. We are grown. We don't require picture books. Yes. I am 100% for pictures that point us to our destination but 8 x 10 glossy waste of real estate ain't needed. Portabello burgers are the best in the world. I have travelled to many a renaissance and state faire for no other reason but to try the Portabello burgers. This book has one offering. Filled with a mayonnaise concoction. No Thanks. It's just a waste. I was looking forward to this book. You have no idea. I mean over 250 pages of bountiful burger recipes. NOT.
