So far, I only tried 1 of the 3 P-ch power MOSFETS (VISHAY SUP90P06-09L) bought, but it worked very well with low enough static rDS(ON) (@ Idrain = 3.7 A and VGS 16 V) to not need a heat sink (although pic shows one). The packaging was extraordinarily superb: the MOSFETS were well protected from both shipping damage and ESD. Estimated delivery range, Thurs-Fri, was spot on. Package arrived on Fri. They even included a small baggie of Tootsie Rolls and hard candy! Amazing customer service!

At ebay Prices, Best Low End Tablet You Can Buy IMHO
As the title says, this is Samsung's low end tablet, but IMHO being Samsung, it's much better than no name brands going for the same, or not much less prices. It's responsive, doesn't take forever for Android to load when you turn it on, doesn't bog down updating apps from the Google Play store, and has a decent display or screen. It almost immediately updates to Android Marshmallow, & rumor has it, will probably get Nougat later in the year -- the later the version, the more secure it is. The downsides of it being a low end tablet include... 8GB is probably not enough, especially if it does get Nougat, with it's improved app updating method. The microSD card I ordered is on backorder, so I can't give lots of specifics, but Marshmallow lets you use the card's storage as if it was built ... It comes with some Samsung bloatware. It comes with a 1A [vs. 2A] charger -- takes longer to charge -- there are not a lot of accessories available, & it only has one speaker on the back. That all said, at ebay prices to me it's a really great value -- at a retailer selling it for twice the price, I'll pass.

Nice tablet with a nicescreen. Does what it promises. It is not the fastest and I sometimes find myself double-tapping because I didn’t know whether the first ‘took’. But, then again, I'm an impatient soul. I bought it mostly for outdoor use for flying my drone and the screen can be hard to see in bright sunlight. Suits my needs
It's a great tablet for everything I need it for and I'm on it all day long and the battery lasts all day. I only need to charge it once and it's good to go. I have a screen full of apps on it that I use all the time and I still have room on it. It's lighter weight and has good speed to it as well. I have a ton of stuff stored on it but I don't use it for video games, video recording or watching shows.It's a great tablet for everything I need it for and I'm on it all day long and the battery lasts all day. Good value for the money.
It's has 8 gig so I would purchase a SD card if you need to keep videos and photos. Other than the charging cord not fitting well. (No contact, right from the box) It's a great deal and being my first Samsung product, I am enjoying it. Perfect size for Netflix, chatting and some games. Thumbs up. 😃

Nice size to carry around
I really like my Samsung sm-t280 tablet. It's a perfect size to carry around. I put a golf gps app on it and take it golfing with me. It's small enough to fit in my pants front pocket but large enough to see the golf holes and distance. I also use it for my fantasy football with a yahoo app. It's great to take to my son's house so I can check my fantasy teams and watch the football games. I did buy a case for it that fits perfectly. I would recommend this for someone looking for a tablet to carry with them. I haven't had any problems with this tablet and you can use android apps.I really like my Samsung sm-t280 tablet.
