I will give this seller a 5 stars because, they quickly resolved the issues. I ordered for 3 hair fibers in dark brown, but when my orders came, I received 2 dark brown and 1 medium brown. I send them an email right away about the issue. I cannot use the medium brown since it’s too light for my hair and I got dark hair. It will not match my hair.
