    If you take this product allow yourself time, and rest to feel results.

    Works best when you get plenty of sleep. Sleep is important part of life allow your body to rest, and mind to reset. Take as directed, but please allow yourself to sleep a good 7-8hrs. Results doesn't happen overnight, or within 48hrs but with plenty of rest you will see and feel a change. There's a chance product might work better for the next person than yourself it vary on how your body respond. Everyone is different, just allow your body to rest and try it out.

    The best so far

    I have taken Gingko Bilbao under various brand names for several years after learning it can help with "ringing in your ears" (tinnitus). I have found that this particular brand works the best to the point that I often forget that I continue to have this problem. If I try another brand I always end up coming back this one as it is the best for me.
