Contacting them, they said something happened when printing the label, they would reship immediately. More than 24 hours later, they still had not shipped. I contacted them AGAIN saying if they didn't ship to refund me... and without apologizing or even offering a discount for their trouble they refunded. Absolutely ridiculous handling of a simple order. HORRIBLE
