Incredible experience! Made offer. Immediately accepted but contacted them to see if large item I purchased could be disassembled to give me just the two monitors that I needed also making a smaller shipping package and saving me $350 in shipping charges. They agreed without hesitation and it arrived faster than was promised by UPS. Packaging was brilliant and the best I have ever seen for 2 fragile monitor screens.
