Ordered a left side engine case for a trx450r and it arrived absolutely trashed and beat up from shipping absolutely no thought was put in to packaging. They will not respond to my messages and somehow have me blocked now to where I can’t even message them. I’m on a time limit for my customers racing engines and now it will be 2-3 weeks based on their rude customer service before I have a new case half. Stay away from these guys if your buying engine cases they will just throw them in a box

This feedback is highly inaccurate. The part did arrive damaged and we have admitted and apologized for this issue. We have responded to every message you have sent and talked with you over the phone regarding this order. Before reaching out to us about any issues you opened a return request for the order. Once it has been opened we must follow Ebay guidelines and issue a refund once we get the part back. Also we did not block you from anything, I am not even sure you can block someone on Ebay.
