As described, moderate shipping speed. Price is $5 more than the mfg website, but it's also the mfg seller profile, so it's likely due to eBay fees. I guess it's worth the convenience of using PayPal, which they don't allow on their website. It does work and I'm happy with it. I really only needed the mounts, but it was still less than buying the individual hardware available from the mfg.

This is a very good, inexpensive cooler for a serious air-cooled gaming pc build. This is my second one, and even have a third one on the way. It comes with kit that makes it a very strong universal cpu air cooler. Fast shipping and packaged nicely, and direct from the manufacturer as well.
