I purchased these Smartthings compatible window sensors because my original Smartthings sensor finally died. It's a basic window/door sensor and does exactly what I intended it to do. It triggers my alarm when open, when the system is in " armed stay" or " armed away". It was easy to connect with my existing smartthings hub and more cost-effective than smartthings window/door sensors. Smart Door / Not Smart Things
The door sensor works fine. You have to figure out on your own how to install it because this Model is not in Smart Things list. All my other door sensors also give the temperature so you can check your room temps all around your house. This product does not have that feature nor did it say it did. So it is OK. But I use some of my door sensors as temperature sensors , I have one in the attic, one in my crawl space and one in my garage. The door sensor works fine. You have to figure out on your own how to install it because this Model is not in Smart Things list. All my other door sensors also give the temperature so you can check your room temps all around your house. This product does not have that feature nor did it say it did. So it is OK. But I use some of my door sensors as temperature sensors , I have one in the attic, one in my crawl space and one in my garage.

Works as advertised, but with app problems
Product seems to work as advertised for the short time that I have it installed. The Tuya Smart app is not the best that I have experienced. I have not been able to get the sensor to work with my SmartThings app as advertised.

Cheap for a Reason
Seller was great, but product is not very good. Sensors will only work in the same room as your hub due to extremely low connection range. I'm using mine for the window's doors within 20ft of my hub to save money and better quality sensors for all my other door/windows.

The product has connectivity issues even being near the wifi router and hub. Status indicator most of the time is wrong, it says open when its close and close when its open.
