The product was shipped quickly and was as described. The tablet case proper is very nice and appears to br durable enough for my needs. All fit perfectly and without difficulty in assembly. Sadly one of the glass protectors was shattered, either from the manufacturer or from transit thought the USPS . I let the vendor know and requested a replacement. They responded immediately to my request and put a replacememt protector in the mail the same day. Quality service and responsiveness!
