    Purchased this high quality Milwaukee M18 jigsaw for a laminate floor project at my stepson's house after some research around competitive brands. This jigsaw represents good value for a brand new, excellent condition tool that, when removed from its packaging just shines in appearance. I already owned two Milwaukee 5.0A batteries so I only needed the tool. It ran smoothly, made great cuts ( I used a 14tpi carbide Diablo blade ) and having the white LED illuminate the blade helped greatly.

    Cuts very smooth

    I had a corded Craftsman jigsaw that quit working after many years. Even though I have only had this new Milwaukee jigsaw for about a week, it cuts so much better than the Craftsman. I am building outdoor chairs out of treated 3/4" lumber and this jigsaw cuts nice and smooth. Actually, it really made my Craftsman look pretty bad. I like that it is cordless and uses the same batteries as my other Milwaukee products. I would need more time to use the new jigsaw before giving a more detailed review.
