I will rate this seller as "positive" simply because the business mannerism was still professional, although I returned the part. I believe the item was listed as "new in the box" but it did not arrive the same. I part was obviously used. Mistakes are possible and this ONE would not prevent me from purchasing again from this vender.

The door reflector arrived fast and did match the description given however it did not fit. I contacted the seller and was informed that the part that i need does not have rounded edges. The seller was extremely professional and helpful. I would purchase from this seller again. Note- If you're looking to purchase a door reflector for a Chevy Astro van make sure you double check the reflector. One has rounded edges and the other has square edges.
