I ordered the 3/8" option and everything but the top lip was the desired 3/8".
I am not sure if this is intentional as the top lip is thinner material.
I believe it will work for what I need though.
Also, the locking holes (I'm using the full size plate holes) need to be made larger to get my latches to fully secure.
Probably a well worn loader would have locked in. Mine isn't that far yet.

Shipped promptly and packaged adequately.The material looks good, and the welds look robot-made, so they look good. The bends are fairly accurate. Except the distance between the top and bottom bends is too short so the back of the plate does not fit snug against the tractor QA frame. Typical Chinese; they cannot even copy stuff accurately! The fit is good enough for my purpose.
