    Can hear great but the mic

    The headset earphones works great and I can hear my customers quite well, however the mic is not that great. It is seems like it will break very easily and my customers have a hard time hearing me most of the time. I am not sure why, but I had a single ear headset made by the same company and the mic worked great and was of better quality.
