However, the manufacturer didn't dull the outer edges of the scissors so they were surprisingly sharp too (unsafe). I used a metal file tool and a knife sharpener to smooth the outer edges. I'm happy with them now. Made in Germany, so hopefully good quality. Arrived quickly.
