    When my purchase arrived, I was super excited to put the RAM in my iMac G3. I got some errors on boot and the sticks only registered half their capacity. Eventually neither stick would boot my computer and had to resort to OEM. I messaged the seller and they sent me new RAM and when I put them in, my iMac powered with no errors and full working capacity. Neither package appeared physically damaged, and the RAM's condition was probably due to manufacturing.
