    The item did not match the description: quality (defective parts) and quantity (only 1/3 quantity delivered) did not correspond to the nature of the offer. Due to a lack of appropriate compensation, the item had to be returned for a refund. Faulty communication when specifying the shipment number and a lack of desire for decent after-service made this deal an very unpleasant experience.

    da es sich um extrem kleines Werkzeug handelt, haben wir auf eine Zählung verzichtet. Dass die Packungen angebrochen waren, war fotografiert. Ich habe ein Angebot eines Preisnachlasses gemacht ( von 56€ um 15,-€ ), welches aber abgelehnt wurde. Die Rücknahme wurde angeboten und angenommen. Die falsche Rücksendungsnummer ist durch unseren Fehler bei ebay hinterlegt worden. Wir haben die korrekte Nr. am gleichen Tag dem Kunden gesendet. Auch die Kopie des Einlieferungsbeleges. Bewertung ungerecht!

    Due to unreasonable compensation, return was ultimately insisted on at the initiative of buyer and NOT seller. Quantities of contents in packages were clearly marked with blue pen, 24 and 6 pieces respectively and subsequently corrected by myself in pencil as proof. The fact that this concerns unsealed packaging is completely irrelevant. As a buyer you expect at least to receive the quantities offered and to be able to set your bid accordingly. Who/why should be satisfied with a cat in a poke?
