I gave you five stars because I am glad you are in a business with very little profit. However, your supplier is not doing right by you. I got the band to hold on the Fitbit frame only by shaving down the edge just above the spring. It was too wide to permit the pins to lodge in the frame. Hope you get the problem solved. WBW

Received band. Was able to swap out with old band. I bought this because my original wrist band's "band keeper" broke so the remainder of band just flopped around. This one has the band keeper now, but is not the Fitbit standard in that the original had a little notched piece that fit into the wrist band to keep it from sliding. Now, occasionally I look down as see the "band keeper" has slipped causing the remainder of band to flop around again. But at least it's there and I can re-secure it.

Item arrived on time and in good condition. The tracking number provided was untrackable in the USPS website, so if you're someone like me who likes to follow tracking closely, beware.
