The item looks/works as described. While shipping was free, the only issue was shipping and tracking. Estimated delivery time was 2-6 days. I received my item on the 6th day. The hiccup was the tracking number promptly provided didn't work. On day 4, I messaged the seller to make sure it had been sent and received no reply by day 6. When the item arrived, it had been shipped USPS 1st class flat rate which doesn't have tracking. If I had known that from beginning, I wouldn't have been concerned.
