    It's so bad, but it's so funny!!

    This movie is truely terrible. The only thing that saves it, in my opinion, that it is so bad that it's hilarious! This was Arnold's first movie, and he couldn't speak English very well at the time. So they did a voiceover for Arnold, and it is great. This DVD has both the voiceover version, or theatrical version, and Arnold's original audio track. Which is equally as pleasing! The only reason I consider this movie good, is because of how horribly it was made. The sound cuts at parts when there should be noise, the special effects are bad, and the acting is terrible. The best part of the movie is a scene featuring a bear, but it is clearly just a man in a bear suite. It truely is a gem.

    Arnold at his prime!

    Ok, so a lot of people consider this to be one of the worst movies ever made. I, however, dissagree. This movie tells the tale of a young Hercules (Arnold) who has grown tired of his boring life in Olympia. One day he asks Zeus if he can leave, and ZAP! Zeus throws one of his lighting bolts made out of a glitter covered coat hanger, and Hercules explodes into a very poorly made special effect. He appears in 1970 New York, and immediately starts beating the crap out of people. It's really what Schwarzenegger is all about. I don't think 3 minutes goes by in this movie without Arnold hitting someone, taking his shirt off, or saying some so-bad-its-good line in extremely broken english. If you love Arnold, and wish he were president, you'll love this movie.

    Movie is O.K. to watch, you have to be a fan of Arnold's to appreciate this movie, acting skills are poor, but it gives you a look at where he started, he came a very long way from his beginnings...

    Had to have this one.

    We are Arnold fans here, so we had to have this movie. It is somewhat of a silly movie, but it is Arnold before he became a Super Star.
