Was supposed to receive (at the latest) by 10-21 but they had not even printed the shipping label so I messaged them. No response but they printed the label. Received damaged item 10-25. They offered 15% refund for damage. On Nov 3rd they said they would send the refund. It’s now Nov 11th and I still have not received the refund.
