Best charger in function with lame connectors
This is the best overall charger there is on the market IF you know how to solder, so you can replace the really stupid aligator clips with a useful connector, like a taimya. It auto-detects voltage level, and charges at a good rate (1amp). It doesn't work for small single batteries but is great for higher capacity 18650s or packs of more than one battery.
