As a hand loader for almost 50 years, Lee dies are adequate but not my first choice, but a good place to start. The dies are as presented, the overall experience was fine, I'd do business with southwest217 again.

Reliable Long Lasting
Nice die set, everything I need to reload. MY friends use dillon and these Lee brand some how make a better shooting bullet is why my bullseyes are more prevalant than there's...lol... and I made my bullets with these Lee dies . I saved money . I've always used Lee brand .

Lee dies
I really like the Lee Deluxe carbide die sets. I shoot a lot of auto pistols and the factory crimp dies finish the round nicely for smooth feeding. If you use a Hornady lnl bushing system, these dies are a little short. Easy solution is, remove the lock nut and flip it over and you’re good to go. You can also use the Hornady locknuts.

Normally I would give Lee 5 stars as I own 6 different Lee die sets and am happy with all of them but this set came with a defect, a burr in the inside of the bullet seating die that left a scratch on the brass. I was able to remove it with some small fine files but it should not have been there in the first place, I called Lee to let them know in case it was not a isolated problem and a flaw in the mfg process.Normally I would give Lee 5 stars as I own 6 different Lee die sets and am happy with all of them but this set came with a defect, a burr in the inside of the bullet seating die that left a scratch on the brass. 4 die 38 special set
Great quality product for reloading 38 special. May use with hollow point or ball bullets. Very easy to adjust and set up. Follow the included instructions and you are ready to load. I use it on a Lee turret press and all dies do exactly what they are intended. Would recommend 100% happy quality product.
