    This laptop came on time, was in the exact condition as described, the price was fair, it was packaged really well, and the kicker is I had to contact the seller at least twice for various things including a return a couple of weeks after purchase (I just realized I needed a bigger keyboard/laptop in general) - and they were super communicative and professional about the whole thing. Then I got refunded right away when they rec'd the item back - overall would definitely recommend this seller!

    Shipping was a little tardy, shipped two days after purchase and payment. It could be the weather on the East coast though. Very well packaged, new in original box and protective plastic wrap. Exactly as described. In my opinion they are overpriced, but that could be because they come with a proprietary MB plug. Seller was responsive when I was making offers, but did not talk to him after.
