I have never seen something so well packaged to ensure safe delivery. The outer box was cut and custom fit to the products box so it would not slide around inside. Multiple layers of bubble wrap around the product box. Had to cut away side panel to get it out Inside multiple layers around lid. Seller made a basket of bubble wrap for the pot to sit in. Seller very good with communication regarding item.
