    When buyers spend their time going back and forth between listings we assume, in good faith, that sellers are managing their inventory and not over-looking cross-postings. My order was canceled after payment... because they no longer had the item. And there was no personal message, just a cancelation and refund. This is a huge waste of time for the buyer, it is becoming more common across sites, and it is worth a negative review. Manage your inventory!

    Katiejon1979, I am so sorry to have not responded to you when I canceled the order. If something I have has not sold, I will often donate it to kids in need after a while. I thought I still had this item but I was mistaken, and had recently donated it. I know it was a waste of your time and would have loved to be able to send the robe to you. I will do better to manage my inventory.
