Unfortunately, the item inside was completely destroyed—Not slightly damaged, but shattered into a pile of pieces with two arms, two feet, and a bit rubber head. Clearly, this was not the seller’s fault. The item looked as if something heavy was dropped on it en route. I sent the seller a picture and they immediately issued a refund without hesitation.     Lightweight and a must

    This works wonderful for the NuFace facial toner. It goes on very smooth and light. I like that it does not dry up before I am finished with my treatment. It is then very easily removed. I have not had any skin irritations or breakouts. Very nice before my treatment.

    The product was not sealed...

    The get tube came taped all around with a clear tape that affected the original packaging. When I removed the tape to open the cap, it left the tube all sticky. Also the tube was unsealed. It usually comes sealed. So I don’t know how long this product has been stored unsealed. I am not happy with the possibly damaged product.

    Nuface Lotion

    Necessary product to use nuface device so i rate it very good. I’ve read some reviewers say you can use any kind of lotion but it really doesn’t work. This is made specifically for the device so it’s a great product.
