    Great tactics game

    Great tactics game. Compelling plot, challenging battles, and lots of customization options. The graphics are also charming and clear. The one thing I've found unfortunate so far is that you can only have a handful of characters in any given battle. It would have been nice to have larger scale battles with dozens of units. One other thing that should be mentioned is that there is a lot of learning to do at the very beginning. The tutorial is a slog, and rather than gameplay being fed to the player in bits and pieces, it is a tutorial info dump that you need to seek out in the menu. Getting the idea of how things work therefore takes considerable time to dedicate to it, but after that initial learning period, you never have to return to the tutorial and any gameplay additions are clear and ...

    Great port with one flaw

    Classic SRPG you can play anywhere on your PSP. Only fault I have with the port is that it has some pretty bad slowdown, although I did get used to it after awhile. The animated cutscenes they added I think are wonderful and I really enjoy playing the game while listening to something in the background. Great game if you like a more mature story with lots of political intrigue and betrayal! (and if you like to grind a bit ;)
