However, since the item was to be signed for, Fed Ex showed up twice with the package and didn't read the note on the gates nor did they call as the note stated and drove off without leaving the package

However I would not use the USPS as an option for shipping, USPS mis-shipped the package several time by the distribution center and the 4 day delivery turned into 12 days due to the USPS failure.
