    Favorite Game Boy model ever

    It plays all the original games, which are my favorite. The backlight is mild and inoffensive, which I consider a plus, and I like that I only need to turn it on when I want it. It's close in size to a Game Boy Color, but with the larger Game Boy Pocket screen, so best of both worlds in terms of large screen and comfort to hold. Works perfectly with my EverDriveGB X5, no power issues loading or playing games, even with the light on (which can be an issue on Game Boy Pockets, due to the extra power draw). Only issue is the case is actually painted, so while mine's in great shape now, it will probably wear down over time like most peoples.

    Considering the system's rarity, it was really good.

    I just received this earlier today. I have only two small issues: 1. The power switch works good, but when set to the Backlight:ON position, if the switch is barely moved, the console will turn off, even though it was not moved to the OFF position. Not too much of a problem, but is still noticeable. 2. That red LED indicator is really bright and glares at you when playing. It is usually much dimmer on all other GB/GBP/GBC models.
