Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged. Writing “Do not bend” on a soft mailer changes nothing for the postal handling. The postal workers do not have time to follow written instructions on pieces of mail, and the only way to protect things from being bent is by packaging properly. I specifically purchased from a seller that was close to my location to best avoid the product being damaged from a long transit, so I’m disappointed. Appreciate the effort though.
