I’m sure the packaging was in great condition when shipped, but by time we got it the cardboard packaging is tore open in spots. We haven’t opened this yet so not sure if anything is damaged or missing yet. We won’t open till our Son in law can install it, so until then I can’t say anything about the quality or appearance of this mini split. What I can see through the torn cardboard it does seem to be new like the seller said.

They shipped another one and it was held by the shipper for damage. I contacted them and they were able to get it moving the next day. The damage was only to the outside packaging. I will get it installed this weekend.
