    They're vegan, they are well bio-available. I can feel the difference in my nerves and my finger-tips. My hair had stopped growing. With this product, my hair is growing again, noticeably. People are commenting on how much my hair is now growing, though I mainly take it for neuropathy. I need B12, or my fingers and toes become numb.
