After a week of asking for clarification, the seller stated that the item was shipped to Boise (we live in California). We asked for a screen shot showing this package had been shipped to Boise, and the seller quit communicating. Then the seller went berserk and started verbally attacking us via messages. The seller never explained what happened to the package. The post office lost the package, and I contacted USPS and eBay right away. Despite my clear communication and efforts to resolve it, the buyer became increasingly rude, impatient, and entitled—demanding instant answers as if I controlled the mail. After 10+ years of flawless selling, this was my only negative review. I regret giving this buyer a deal at all.
