Been using this product for years, I wasted a lot of years using the Centrum and GNC products for men. Give this product a couple of weeks and you will never return to the over the counter/off the shelf products again. If you take a Rainbow Lite, Centrum or GNC for Men vitamin and put it into a glass containing apple cider vinegar that would be a mild comparison to the acids in your stomach and see which one dissolves.
