Reached out again. Seller responds with, “I’m sorry. Can you refresh my memory?”

    My store was on TIME AWAY during this time. He had all the info he need right from the shipping label to open a case. just to lazy or dum to do it. so I guess I am at fault. been here 27 years I can handle a little bad feed back. Not the end of the world if it makes him feel better
