Shrimp were very well packed and active when I opened the box. There were a generous amount of extras. Unfortunately a few of the little guys didn't make it , as it sometimes goes when shipping live, but the seller had very clear instructions for dealing with DOAs and the extras covered the losses. The packaging could not have been better, insulated and with an ice pack, the box was also clearly marked with 'Live Fish'.
