2023-24 Panini Phoenix #24 Jordan Hawkins Fade To Black Phoenix Red Ice Cards are scanned using a High Resolution scanner, and are scanned with a penny sleeve and top loader on them so they are protected from getting scratched/damaged during the scanning process. Light scratches that are seen on the scans are on the top loader not on the card in most cases.
