Sent email to seller regarding problem. Two days later I submitted a refund request thru eBay. Seller did not contact me. Ebay automatically stated come back in 4 or 5 days for help if needed. I did not have to email eBay. They watch that I did not get a response from the seller. Bay credited my full price and taxes. I will show you the photo of the clock they have sent. When I have question the seller all they could email me was check the video, what video I ask and guess what no reply, so I personally would not recommend this sellerDouble Sided Black 10"Inch Wall Clock Antique Style station Christmas Decor Gift (#386779588990)
