Cowboys and Aliens is no Star Wars block buster, but hasn an engenious plot. Set in early1800's An Alien space ghip has landed in the wildeness and sends out "fighter aircraft to kidnap the citizens of a small cow town, and nearby indians.resident In.The hero of the story is an escapee from the mother ship, but does not who he is, but ends up fighting the aliens, and ultimately fight with both the indians and town people these really bad aliens. Overall this is a very good action picture of the old West with evil beings from outer space in the plot twice. This movie will go quite will with a large popcon and big gulp. I have to admit. I liked this movie when i first watched it. But, i didn't fully appreciate it until i had watched it a second time. You really get the genius in the humor the second time around. It seriously grows on you. Very few movies are this way. The characters in this movie are outstanding. They play their individual parts perfectly. Let the mind go for a while and just enjoy a good comedy with a crazy western and sci fi mix.
