Slightly disappointed that I had to pay just over £70 customs charges before receiving the item but I guess this is hard to estimate/add onto the price? I ordered a very expensive putter and when I received it, it had slight damage due to shipping once I investigated a little more. It was a mallet and has very jagged edges and due to the mishandling of the shipping company pierced the box. The seller was very understanding and offered my refund immediately.
