Seller admitted they have complete units but refuses to send missing pump or replace with complete item, claiming they ‘don’t want to damage another item.’ If you have good items, why sell incomplete ones? Only offered 15% partial refund to keep what was sent (the missing pump is the critical piece that actually makes this usable). Poor value, poor customer service.
