    The item did arrive on time. However, the item never really shipped until about five business days after the order was place. I is my opinion that an item has not shipped until the shipping company. (i.e. UPS, USPS, etc) has obtained possession of the item. Assigning a tracking number, in my opinion is not considered "shipped". So, if you want to wait days for your item to finally be in possession with the shipping company, then you should order from this seller.
