Good price, and the buckles seem good but...
Good price, and the buckles seem good but The bracket may fit newer models well, but not a 1999 EX-GO TXT without modification, and a run to the hardware store. There may be some additional modification to the mounting bracket. The small metal brackets to attach the main mounting bracket to the seat frame are just 0.5" too small, attach to my seat frame. The slots in the main mounting bracket are also too wide, and should be more towards the center, so I had to drill an additional hole on both sides. Then I had to go to the hardware store and purchase 2 small wider brackets, bore out the holes to accommodate the bolts, and to attach it to the backside. NOT for EZGO
Not a direct bolt-on item for EXGO. I had to drill additional holes and make new brackets so it would fit on my EZGO TXT cart. The listing said for Club Car but also fits EZGO and others. Yes it did fit after an additional 2 hours machining the frame. Hopefully it is a direct bolt on for Club Car (1 hour). It appears strong enough to keep grand-kids in place at cart speeds so cuts down on worries. Both the front seat and rear folding seat clear the brackets by raising the frame up 2 inches before clamping. Move the frame bracket around several ways to find which works best for your needs. Seat belts work well so far and the kids don't mind putting them on.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Overall pretty good product
fits good on a 2000 club car DS the only thing different I did was add a few washers to the outside of the buckles so it don't scratch the paint this also makes the buckles move freely so you can get in and out of your engine compartment

Great value for your cart!
These were the cheapest that we could find this particular kit for. The installation was super easy on our 95 EZGO TXT. Straight forward and included all necessary hardware. Only drawback is that the seatbelts do not allow free movement-they continue to cinch up as you move around until you have to undo the seatbelt to reset them. We installed plastic seatbelt limiters to overcome this nuisance for small children. Overall happy with the item however!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bracket was a little hard to mount. I ended up making two more small braces to make it more secure. Didn’t like the position of the two outside belts. That all said I wouldn’t want to ride in the back seat without these seatbelts. These belts should be a must for any children riding in the cart. I installed this on a Yamaha YDRAL golf cart with an installed 2 seats on the back. I had to change the installation procedure a bit; however, this is a quality kit with all the pieces and hardware.
