Seller messaged me saying it was packed and he was dropping it off that same day. Two days later it was still not mailed. We need this for clean ice at our restaurant. If it was communicated differently we would have bought for less somewhere else and gotten it in time. We didn’t even get an apology or reason. The product was as listed. We got it in Tuesday. We won’t be buying again.
