Instead of resolving the issue, they told us to contact FedEx, which is not the buyer’s responsibility. We requested a refund, but after 8 days there has been no response. We had to open a case with eBay to get our money back. We strongly advise buyers to stay away from this seller due to poor communication and bad business practices.
