    The saxophone arrived well packaged but unfortunately did have a faulty part that wasn't noted in the listing (sold as "mint" condition) and so may have happened during shipping. In any case, I had the fault/damage professionally repaired and the seller refunded the cost of the repair through eBay. When there is an unexpected problem like that you really get to know who you are dealing with and, in this case, Hikari Japan were responsive and we reached a reasonable solution. Thank you Hikari.
