    A great receiver for a great price

    This receiver checks off a lot of boxes. Affordable (check), 7.2 (check), 4K inputs (check). The only downside would be the limiting number of HDMI inputs. But that's the only thing that separates this until from the higher priced ones. Solid sound quality.

    Not really 4K

    Don't be fooled -- although it boasts itself as a 4K receiver, the sad fact is that the On-Screen-Display (OSD) is not 4K -- thus whenever turning the volume up/down it causes the TV to re-synch to the 1080p signal for the OSD and then re-synch back to the input 4K signal. This results is a loss of about 3-4 seconds of video. Other than this, it's a great receiver! Good sound and feature rich. If you never intend to run a 4K signal, the complain above can be totally ignored.

    Easy to set up. . Hey. Its sony!

    Set up took 5 min. And was hearing muaic thru my bluetooth phone in no less tham 5 min..easy to use and sounds great w 6 speakers as surround to my home. I use it as a home surround as i have multiple speakers around the house and works great.
